Goldenfields Water would like to advise that the emergency level water restrictions put in place on Sunday 5th January for customers located on the Oura Water Supply Scheme have now been reduced to Level 1.

Goldenfields Water General Manager Aaron Drenovski thanks all customers for their assistance and patience in securing the area’s supply after an electrical fault caused one of our main pumps to cease operation during peak demand.

“The affected communities have been fantastic with reducing their water usage to the emergency levels over the past couple of days, allowing the diminishing water levels to be restored whilst our staff worked around the clock to rectify the electrical fault on one of the main pumps,” said Mr Drenovski.
