Reminder - Q4 accounts due

Council wishes to advise customers that the Q4 accounts issued on the 19th July 2023 were due for payment on or before the 11th August 2023.

Reminder notices have now been sent to those accounts where payments were not received by COB 30th August 2023.

Customer Survey 2023

To help achieve our key objectives, Goldenfields Water undertakes an annual customer survey to:

  • Establish a baseline for customer satisfaction with water quality and service delivery
  • Analyse and understand our customers experience when contacting Goldenfields Water
  • Identify future priorities and improvement areas
  • Measure the ideal price point for potential future upgrades

All Goldenfields Water customers who complete the survey will go in the draw to win a 1 x $1,000 credit towards their water account/s.
