Goldenfields Water office closed to the public

Goldenfields Water wishes to advise that their main office located at 84 Parkes Street Temora will be closed to the public after the NSW Government announced a stay-at-home order effective from 5pm Saturday 14th August 2021 for all of regional NSW until 12.01am Sunday 22nd August 2021.

As an essential service provider, council staff will remain working at this time. Our customer service team will be available over the phone and via email only. If you see any of our outdoor staff working in public or on your property, please do not approach them.

How we can assist our customers during closure:

To pay a bill during this time, please use one of our payment methods:

• At any Australia Post shop or Post Office – by cash, cheque or credit card

• By telephone – call 13 18 16. This 24/7 service is available from anywhere is Australia, for the cost of a local call (mobile phone calls are charged at mobile phone rates)

• On the internet – go to www.postbillpay.com.au or use the POST Billpay link on Council’s web page www.gwcc.nsw.gov.au

• Direct debit – Weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and full account payment options are available. Call our office or visit our website www.gwcc.nsw.gov.au for the application form.

• By mail – Complete the details on the payment slip, detach and include with your cheque and mail to our postal address PO Box 220, Temora, NSW 2666

• Alternatively call our office on 02 6977 3200 and pay by credit card over the phone.
