Data Breach Public Notification Register
About this Register
This register is maintained in accordance with the Mandatory Notification of Data Breaches (MNDB) Scheme under Part 6A of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW) (PPIP Act).
Under this scheme, NSW public sector agencies are required to notify affected individuals and the NSW Privacy Commissioner when a data breach involving personal, or health information is likely to result in serious harm.
We maintain this register to promote transparency and accountability in our handling of personal information.
