Emergency Works- Ganmain

Our team are attending a burst at Ganmain. In order to make repairs water will need to be shut off for a short period. Langham, Menangle and Loch streets may be affected. The estimated time for repairs is three hours. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank residents for their patience.

What you need to do during service disruptions:

  • Adhere with directions of onsite staff to safely access your property and comply with traffic control signage implemented.
  • Store sufficient water for your needs as well as keep all taps closed and refrain from flushing toilets during the outage.
  • When water supply is restored, you may temporarily experience dicoloured water. Check your water quality from the tap nearest to the water meter before use. Do not wash clothes until you have checked water quality. If discoloured water is detected, run your tap until the water clears. If the water doesn’t clear, notify us immediately on 1800 800 917.
