Rosehill Pump Station Bypass - Pipeline Replacement

Overview

Goldenfields Water’s construction team is currently mobilising to replace the last undersized section of cast iron water main originally built in the 1930’s between Jugiong and Harden currently causing restrictions in our system.

The project involves upgrading 900m of DN500 pipe with a pump station bypass which requires reconnecting the old pump station pipework to the new pipeline. This will allow to cope with future growth in the region and improve operational efficiency along the trunk main.

By delivering this project in-house, Goldenfields Water is estimating significant savings and opportunities to upskill our current workforce in large construction project.
