Customers of Goldenfields Water are being encouraged to complete their annual customer satisfaction survey, which is currently being rolled out across the organisation’s scheme.
Goldenfields Water’s Chairperson Mr Matthew Stadtmiller said the annual survey is an important tool which helps Council for its medium and long term strategic decision making.
“We encourage our customers to be proactive and complete the survey honestly based on their experience with us over the last 12 months. The survey has 20 questions and should take no longer than 8 - 10 minutes to complete,” he said.
“Data from our surveys help us understand what our customer’s needs and expectations are; along with tracking how we’ve performed over the past year,” Mr Stadtmiller said.
The survey will be available for customers to complete online via Goldenfields Water’s website and Facebook page. Customers can also complete the survey at Councils reception, located at 84 Parkes Street Temora.
As a further incentive for customers to complete the survey, Council will be offering one lucky customer the opportunity to win free water for a year! Customers will be asked to enter their water account number at the start of the survey, which will provide them with an entry into the draw (conditions do apply).
