Goldenfields Water App

Goldenfields Water customers can download and sign up to the Goldenfields Water App to monitor their water consumption anywhere, anytime, right from the convenience of their mobile phone.

As the first water utility in Australia to offer this free service, customers (with either an iOS or Android mobile phone) can simply download the Goldenfields Water app and sign up to:

• track their water usage
• set consumption targets (and receive alerts if they exceed these targets)
• submit a service request, such as a burst water pipe or damaged water meter
• receive an alert if there is a potential leak detected on their property
• keep an eye on how much their bill is costing 

Customers can add multiple properties to their dashboard and give others, including tenants and real estate agents, access to view water usage information.
