Water outages

Planned Water Outage - ATTENTION Rosehill to Demondrile, Harden, New South Wales customers (refer to the highlighted areas on the map below)

There will be a planned water outage for customers supplied with water at the above location on Thursday the 15th of October. The outage will be from 5am and take approximately 12-14 hours.

The outage will be due to Goldenfields Water staff completing essential water supply system works. Affected residents have been notified in writing.

UPDATE: Please be advised that the emergency works occurring in Demondrille Creek are still progressing as planned. It is anticipated that water supply will be resumed in 3-5 hours time. Households may experience some discoloured water as a result of the works.

What you need to do during service disruptions:

  • Store sufficient water for your needs as well as keep all taps closed and refrain from flushing toilets during the outage.
  • When water supply is restored, check your water quality from the tap nearest to the water meter before to use. Do not wash clothes until you have checked water quality. If discoloured water is detected, run your tap until the water clears. If the water doesn’t clear, notify us immediately on 1800 800 917.
