Goldenfields Water launches Customer Survey and chance to win

As part of Goldenfields Water’s commitment towards being innovative leaders in the supply and distribution of water for our regional communities, Council have launched their 2021 customer survey to engage the communities and constituent councils they serve; to gain feedback on water quality, service and developing councils next four-year Community Engagement Strategy.

The customer survey contains seventeen brief questions and can be completed online.

“Council is eager to gain as many responses as possible from our customers and stakeholders, as this data will assist with developing the next Community Engagement Strategy,” said Goldenfields Water General Manager Aaron Drenovski.

“Our 2022 – 2026 Community Engagement Strategy will continue to assist and form vital direction for Council in becoming water industry leaders that focuses strongly on our customers and stakeholders.”

The Community Engagement Strategy will commence in June 2022 and forms part of Councils Delivery Program. The survey also consists of questions based on water service and quality, like questions in the 2020 Customer Satisfaction Survey to help council maintain a consistent approach with their water quality parameters.

Customers who complete the survey will go in the draw to win one of three $200 credit vouchers towards their Goldenfields Water account/s. The survey is available to completed online, customers can access the survey by heading to:
