Water Mains Cleaning
Community Update for Water Mains Cleaning (No Des)
Goldenfields have invested in its own asset- a Mobile Filtration Unit we call 'No Des' (Neutral Output Elimination System). This will be in action throughout the year across the scheme. This innovative technology involves a filtration system mounted on a truck which is capable of cleaning supply mains without the loss of any water
Where is the truck currently?
The No Des truck will be in the township of Temora from the 13th April 2026 for approx 4-6 weeks. Whilst all precautions will be undertaken to minimise any impact on our customers during these works, it is possible that you may experience discolouration to your water supply on these above dates during 7am-3pm.

What you need to do
- Notify us immediately if your or any member of your household is on dialysis.
- Whilst we aim to minimise disruption, you may temporarily experience discoloured water. Check your water quality by running the tap closest to the water meter for a few minutes before drinking or washing laundry. If discoloured water is detected, continue to run your tap until the water clears. If the water doesn’t clear, notify us immediately.
